Buying? Video Viewings during lockdown

In the age of the smartphone, everyone’s a budding-Spielberg, and this means vendors are able to make a video walk-through of their home, so potential buyers can “virtually view” properties.

Trying to schedule property viewings around work is always super-tricky, and now, with the current lockdown rules, in-person viewings are a no-go, so video viewings have never been more popular – or more in demand.

So just to recap on the government advice;

Stay put! Don’t move house during lockdown, unless …
… you’re moving into a vacant property. But without the help of a removal company, be prepared for several back-and-forth car journeys … and a bad back!
If you already have a mortgage offer, it will be extended by 3 months, phew.
