Selling? – Video Viewings during lockdown

You don’t have to be Steven Spielberg to make a movie about your home; smartphones give everyone the chance to make videos of their own – and this is where your property is the star.

Just a simple video walk-through of your home will help attract the attention of potential buyers, meaning you don’t have to wait until the distancing restrictions are lifted to get your property out there. We can show you great examples of how this works, so you know where to start.

So just to recap on the government advice;

Stay put! Don’t move house during lockdown, unless …
… you’re moving into a vacant property. But without the help of a removal company, be prepared for several back-and-forth car journeys … and a bad back!
