Video Property Valuations During Lockdown

Whether it’s via FaceTime, Skype, ZOOM, Messenger, WhatsApp – or any other preferred method of video calling – we can join you on a tour of your home, and provide you with an accurate valuation within 24-hours.

We’ll also give you feedback on anything that can improve the saleability of the property; this is just one of the many ways that we can help you hit the ground running when the distancing restrictions are lifted.

So just to recap on the government advice;

Stay put! Don’t move house during lockdown, unless …
… you’re moving into a vacant property. But without the help of a removal company, be prepared for several back-and-forth car journeys … and a bad back!
If you already have a mortgage offer, it will be extended by 3 months, phew.
