Tenant Fees and Charges

TENANT CHARGES

Our tenant fees will cover, holding the property instantly off of the market,  instructing our designated tenant referencing agency , drawing up of the tenancy agreement ,agreeing move in dates with tenant and landlord, and arranging key handover  on the move in day.

The fees for this are as follows:

First tenant £150.00 including vat

Subsequent tenants £100 including vat

Guarantor ( if needed ) £100 including vat

Additional costs include:

Deposit ( which will be lodged with a Deposit Protection Scheme ) is normally equivalent to 1 months rent. Please check the property details as this will fluctuate depending on individual landlords.

Your first months rent will also be payable in advance.

Potential additional costs: 

Check out fee when the tenancy ends between £50 and £100 including vat, depending on the size of property.

Other fees

Tenancy agreement amendment-to add/remove tenants after tenancy begins £50 ( including vat ) per tenant

 

Please note that we do not hold ( CMP) Client Money Protection Insurance.

Landlords Fees

Fees and charges

Tenant find only basis:  Equivalent to 2.5 weeks rent including vat.

Full management of a property we would pass onto our colleague Denise. She owns Deans Property Management and she specialises in this area. Her charges are 8% including vat of the monthly rental payment agreed.

Potential Additional Charges:

Inventory : £65 – £150 including vat, depending on the size of the property. Please contact us for a more accurate costing.

Check out fee : £50-£100 including vat,  depending on the size of the property. Please contact us for a more accurate costing.

Renewal Tenancy agreement £50 including vat.

 

Please note that we do not hold ( CMP) Client Money Protection Insurance.
