We initially made contact with Neil Standing of the company.  He was very approachable and respectful of the nature of our sale.  He came to visit us at the property.  He was very understanding and very attentive.  We discussed different options regarding our property, and decided on a selling price.

 

He proceeded with the preparing the details which were well presented (great photos!) and getting the property onto the market.  It actually sold within the week!
